The “Maindi” Charitable Foundation has successfully passed a financial audit for 2023–2024.

The audit confirmed that our financial statements comply with the national accounting standards. No material misstatements or violations were identified. We operate based on financial transparency and continuity.

The independent audit was conducted by Serviscom Audit, a company registered in the Registry of Auditors and Audit Entities.
The report was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the National Accounting Provision (NAS 25) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA/MCA).

The auditors confirmed that:
• the financial statements accurately reflect the real financial state of the foundation;
• no instances of fraud, major violations, or hidden risks were found;
• internal control systems are effective, and the foundation operates in a stable and continuous manner.

For us, this is more than a requirement — it’s a matter of reputation and respect for everyone who places their trust in us.

We are committed to:
1. using donor resources efficiently;
2. maintaining transparent reporting;
3. working with integrity — every single day.

Trust is the main currency of charity.
And we are grateful to everyone who supports us. Together, we are stronger.
