Through experience, we recognized the need to deliver assistance directly to regions where it is often impossible to access. Constructing permanent buildings is both time-consuming and costly, while help is urgently needed now. This led to the concept of Mobile Rehabilitation Modules.
With our social franchise model, we can manufacture, assemble, deliver, and launch a module within 3–4 months, depending on the type of building. We also train teams and ensure their operations meet the franchise network’s standards. This allows communities to quickly gain modern infrastructure that is part of a nationwide network dedicated to assisting veterans and civilians in smaller towns across Ukraine.
Our modules are compact, multifunctional units ranging from 36 to 130 square meters, built using modular technology, and transported to communities. When necessary, these modules can be relocated to other towns in the region where services are urgently needed.
However, the module alone is not enough. Without the social franchise, the operational framework is missing—there’s a host of bureaucratic tasks, permits, standards, regulations, specialist qualifications, and logistical hurdles. These challenges often surface when you attempt practical implementation.
With our social franchise, all these challenges are addressed! Everything is handled turnkey—you receive a fully functional facility. All standards are met, and necessary permits are secured. The interactions between local authorities, communities, and project donors are well-defined. Everyone knows their role in ensuring the module operates effectively, delivering aid to veterans and civilians affected by the war.
In parallel with module production, we assist in forming, preparing, and training multidisciplinary teams to operate within the modules. Specialists undergo both online and offline training, preparing them to work as a team. They also gain access to an educational platform offering courses, tests, a knowledge base, and a guide for organizing module operations.
