How to Join the Network

The social franchise primarily focuses on helping communities and hospitals, but other organizations can also join the network.

Each project participant has specific tasks and responsibilities. Communities and hospitals actively participate alongside donors, state institutions, and NGOs.

What communities and hospitals fund:

  • Geological surveys of the site for the modules.
  • Foundation laying.
  • Connecting utilities (water, electricity, sewage, internet).
  • Transporting modules from the production site (near Kyiv).
  • Crane services for unloading modules at the location.
  • Landscaping the surrounding area (recreation zones, parking, areas for special vehicles).
  • Rehabilitation bars in the yard.
  • Utility expenses.
  • Consumables for operations (paper, tissues, shoe covers, soap, etc.).
  • Salaries for specialists.
  • Opening event for the rehabilitation module (venue, if not near the module, microphones, speakers, catering, event organization, guest and media invitations, etc.).

The MINDY Charitable Foundation, the city council, and the hospital sign a three-party social franchise agreement that regulates relationships and defines each party’s responsibilities.

To collaborate, communities and hospitals must designate responsible individuals for project implementation.

For Donors

Advantages for Business Donors

Any business, NGO, foundation, local authority (ATC), or national government can become a donor. The social franchise is flexible, saving time and resources for donors.

“Key values shared by donors:
1) Providing assistance to veterans, female veterans, and civilians where it’s needed most.
2) Bridging the gap in services that are often unavailable in district centers and ATCs.”

Donors can fund their portion of the social franchise and modules in full or through three installments (in terms of mutual agreement)
